Outdated or incorrect info — include the city, project type, and a link to the updated official source if you have one.
City requests — tell us the city and project type; we'll prioritize.
Privacy / data requests — CCPA or GDPR access, deletion, or correction. Subject line: "Privacy Request". See the Privacy Policy.
General questions — happy to hear from homeowners. We can't give legal or construction advice; check with your building department or a licensed contractor.
Partnership or media — include "Partnership" or "Media" in your subject line.

Corrections: usually within 3 business days. Other inquiries: variable — we read every message but can't guarantee a reply.

What we can't help with

We're not a permitting office. We can't process applications, rule on a specific project's compliance, or provide legal or engineering advice. Every guide links to the city's permit portal for that.
